Gluten Free, No Added Sugar

Hands down one of the easiest breakfasts to make that makes it look like you actually tired ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜…

๐Ÿ”…Slice your apples

๐Ÿ”…Add a thin layer of water to the pot

๐Ÿ”…Cook them for 10 minutes (lid on)

๐Ÿ”…Throw in whatever sounds good (coconut oil, butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon etc.)

๐Ÿ”…Cook for 3-5 more minutes (gas stove friends, turn your heat source off and just let it sit there for 5 more minutes - itโ€™s hot enough!)

Serve and enjoy!

It also doubles as an air freshener after you make it ๐Ÿ˜ literally what the smell childhood is made of!
