Gluten Free Crepes

Aria is obsessed with breakfast boards - so each week for our Sabbath (day of rest) I make a special board for our family to share.

This week I was inspired to make crepes and they were DELICIOUS! They’re so easy to make & yes, 100% GF.

Recipe:

1 3/4 cups of GF Flour
3 eggs
1 TBSP vanilla extract
2 cups of milk
Pinch of salt
2TBSP Maple syrup
1TBSP melted butter

Mix all the ingredients together and heat butter up in a pan - scoop the mixture in and lift the pan allowing it to spread thin!

Cook, flip, remove from heat & rub jelly/jam of choice all over it. (We used strawberry & blackberry jam!)

Roll it up & sprinkle with powdered sugar & enjoy!
