This is the first book in the series and our best seller as a stand alone book! It contains 40+ tried and true gluten free recipes and is perfect for anyone just starting out with Gluten Free-Baking as it houses so many kitchen staples and familiar favorites like: Sandwich Bread, Tortillas, Pie Crust, Pizza Dough, Cinnamon Rolls, Soft Pretzels, Apple Crips and so many more!

As the 2nd book in the series, The Gluten Free Kitchen 2 focuses on filling in the gaps and leveling up technique from the first book as it focuses on meals, sides, desserts and more technical breads (like croissants!) It houses 60+ recipes! As with all the books in the series, this book includes step by step breakdowns and images to help build confidence in the kitchen! This book is popular for many recipes, but to name a few: pan de queso (cheesy bread), key lime cupcakes, braided, bread, croissants, chocolate mousse cake, triple layer dessert bars, homemade pasta, sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, caritas and SO much more!
-
The 3rd book in the series really rounds out and compliments the other two books so beautifully with 70+ tried and true recipes. It focuses on Desserts, Snacks and Breads - with a very special highlight on Gluten Free Sourdough. This is the first (and only) book in the series that includes Gluten Free Sourdough! You’ll find a guide on how to make your own starter, FAQ to help you feel empowered as you dive in and a sourdough loaf + tortilla recipe to get started! Outside of sourdough you will find nostalgic favorites like: oatmeal cream pies, rice kripsy treats, goldfish, marshmallow fluff, an entire section of rolls (like cinnamon rolls, but other flavors), an entire ice cream section with waffle cones and ice cream cake, DIY sprinkles, cookies, butterscotch sauce - and so much more!

The 3-in-1 Bundle is hands down the best bang for your buck as it’s the only discounted book offered making it the book I recommend most! It includes 150+ tried and true recipes (from book 1-3 combined) and is organized into easy to follow sections: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Sides, Breads, Snack & Desserts. This has been our number on seller since its release in November of 2024. Since it is an almost 400 page resource, it features an index so each recipe and article are easy to navigate! A special feature to this book is that it is the ONLY book that includes the Sourdough Pizza Crust recipe!
The Gluten Free Kitchen (TGFK) Cookbooks are jam packed with 150+ tried and true recipes that have been tested and approved by GLUTEN Eaters!
These recipes were designed to leave even the toughest of crowds saying, “How the HECK is this Gluten-Free?!” while being mindful of ingredients used and making recipes more accessible to individuals with additional allergens and dietary needs.

FAQ’S
-
The recipes in the cookbook use gluten free 1:1 flour (Bob’s Red Mill is my go to), millet, sorghum, buckwheat, etc. I personally use a grain mill for them, but you can purchase them pre-milled in a flour form. I link all of those in the pantry guide I have added in the cookbook. No mill is needed, it's just an added bonus. Any flour can be substituted. There is absolutely NO almond flour used in the first two books; however, there are a handful of recipes in the 3rd book that use it and only 1 cannot be made without it!
Many gluten free cookbooks depend on ingredients like almond flour and cornstarch, these do not.
-
This cookbook is loaded with no added sugar recipes! In fact, almost all of them are no sugar or have a no sugar added option. Most of the recipes are sweetened with mainly honey, maple syrup, maple sugar or fruits.
