What to Eat on a Cleanse

Whenever you’re cleansing it’s a good idea to change your diet up. Removing certain foods like pasteurized dairy, gluten, refined sugar, red meat (other than grass-fed), seafood, and alcohol will help starve the parasites in your gut. Some cleanses cut out all natural sugar or meats. I’ll be honest with you, changing what you eat while on a cleanse not only cleanses your parasites, but it cleanses your mind as well and really challenges your self control.
