Eat a Pineapple, Plant a Pineapple!

Homestead wherever you are - SUPER SIMPLE hack!

🍍 Eat a pineapple, plant a pineapple!

1. Twist and remove the crown.

2. Peel back some layers of leaves (3-5)

3. Plop it in your soil & water around the base and down the top of the Pineapple crown.

And that’s it!  Pineapples thrive off neglect here in Florida!

If you live in a colder climate, you can plant your pineapple in a pot and bring it inside when it’s cold, or try growing it in your greenhouse!

A Pineapple loves sunshine, warmth, some humidity and a temperature of 80º and takes 2-3 years to produce one fruit.
